Data deletion

RodyWorks Hub stores only what it needs to publish on your behalf: the access tokens and basic profile details (name, avatar, account id) of the social accounts you connect.

How to delete your data

• In the app: Marketing → Social accounts → Disconnect removes that connection and its tokens immediately. Deleting your RodyWorks Hub account removes everything.
• From Facebook/Instagram: removing “RodyWorks Hub” under Settings → Apps and Websites triggers Meta’s deletion callback, and we purge the connection automatically.
• By email: send your request to admin@rodyworks.com and we’ll confirm within 30 days.

Expedited exit

Signed in and want everything gone right now? This deletes your entire account — channels, posts, forms, pages, submissions, and subscription — immediately and permanently, after a double confirmation.
